Our New Conference Rooms Are Now Open
Following an extensive renovation, we're delighted to unveil our newly upgraded conference facilities at the Menlo Park Hotel. Our modern, purpose-built meeting rooms cater for groups from 2 to 100 delegates, with a range of setup styles including theatre, classroom, boardroom, u-shape and cabaret. All meeting rooms are located on the ground floor with no steps, making them fully accessible for guests with mobility difficulties.
Our Meeting Rooms
The Menlo Park Room - Our largest space at 105m², ideal for conferences, seminars and training days, accommodating up to 100 delegates theatre style or 50 classroom style. For added flexibility, the Menlo Park Room can be divided into two separate spaces: the Holland Room and the O'Toole Room.
The Holland Room - Perfect for mid-sized meetings and workshops, seating up to 45 theatre style, 30 classroom style or 18 boardroom style.
The O'Toole Room - A versatile space for smaller sessions, seating up to 30 theatre style or 16 boardroom style.
The Francis Room - Ideal for board meetings, interviews and intimate presentations, seating up to 40 theatre style or 20 boardroom style, with a 65" television for presentations.
All rooms include complimentary WiFi, air conditioning, blackout facilities, iced water, pens and paper, a flipchart and a registration desk. The Menlo Park, Holland and O'Toole rooms are fitted with ceiling-mounted LCD projectors and screens.

From tea, coffee and homemade scones on arrival to working lunches and full three-course dining, our culinary team will create the right catering package for your event. Our Oliver & McGlynn Restaurant is also available for business groups and corporate events of up to 100 guests, and we're well known for our extensive gluten-free range and are happy to cater for any dietary requirements.
