The Menlo Park Room
Our largest and most flexible conference space
At 105m², the Menlo Park Room is ideal for conferences, seminars, presentations, training days and larger corporate gatherings.
Accommodating up to 100 theatre style or 50 classroom style, the room can also be divided to create the Holland Room and O’Toole Room — giving organisers greater flexibility for breakout sessions or smaller meetings.

The Holland Room
Flexible space for meetings, workshops and training
The Holland Room is an excellent choice for medium-sized corporate events, with space for up to 45 theatre style, 30 classroom style or 18 boardroom style.
Its flexible configuration makes it particularly well suited to training sessions, presentations, team meetings and workshops.

The O’Toole Room
Designed for focused meetings
A comfortable, contemporary space for smaller meetings and presentations, the O’Toole Room works particularly well for board meetings, training sessions and team gatherings.
The 42m² room can accommodate up to 30 theatre style or 16 boardroom style.

The Francis Room
Perfect for smaller meetings and presentations
For board meetings, interviews, presentations and smaller training sessions, the Francis Room offers a professional setting with a 65-inch television for presentations.

Good meetings should be straightforward. That’s why our meeting room hire includes the essentials you need to get started, without having to organise every detail separately.
Your room hire includes: complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, blackout facilities, presentation screen and projector in the Menlo Park, Holland and O’Toole rooms, a 65" television in the Francis Room, iced water, pens and paper, a registration desk and one flipchart with paper and markers. All rooms are wheelchair accessible.
